Team Spirit and Identification at a Very High Level
In the current Great Place to Work survey, 88 percent of employees agree with the statement: “All in all, I would say this is a very good place to work.” Average approval across all questions is 85 percent, with a participation rateof 81 percent. This means b.telligent continues to perform at a very high levelin the Great Place to Work analysis. Top-rated statements relate to topics such as welcoming culture, fairness, and safety: new colleagues feel welcome at b.telligent, team cohesion continues to be rated as very positive, and employees experience fair interactions regardless of origin, gender, or sexual orientation.
Significant Leap in the Area of Care
The “Care” category, in particular, has improved significantly. This area includes, among other things, perceived support from managers, work-life balance, mental health, work environment, and employee benefits. Average approval here has risen by six percentage points to 86 percent. The score for the following statement has also increased substantially: “Employees receive helpful measures to promote their health” – from 55 to 82 percent. This was made possible by a targeted package of measures that b.telligent implemented after the last Great Place to Work survey in 2024. For example, the company introduced a structured mental health program, a daycare/kindergarten subsidy, and access to the Wellpass program. At the same time, offices at many locations were modernized and upgraded.
“Our goal is to create a working environment where people can grow professionally while also taking good care of themselves,” emphasizes Julia Querndt, Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at b.telligent. “The fact that our team is now giving us significantly higher scores in the area of care than in the last survey is direct feedback on the initiatives we have launched.” She adds: “We are, of course, delighted—and it motivates us to consistently continue on this path.”
Strong Team as the Foundation for Successful Client Projects
b.telligent sees the award as both recognition and responsibility. In the internal evaluation, the dimensions of team spirit, credibility, and fairness stand out in particular. In the focus area “Team Spirit,” b.telligent achieves 92 percent approval, “Credibility” 88 percent, and “Fairness” 87 percent.
“Our projects are complex, and our clients’ expectations are correspondingly high. Without a strong, committed, and well-coordinated team, this would not be manageable,” says Sebastian Amtage, founder and managing director of b.telligent. “The fact that so many colleagues explicitly describe b.telligent as a ‘very good place to work’ shows us how important cohesion across locations, departments, and career levels is. This culture is something we all shape together—from entry-level employees all the way to the executive management.”

“The rankings matter to us because they make externally visible what we live internally every day: mutual respect, effective teamwork, and a genuine passion for data-driven projects,” confirms Klaus Blaschek, also founder and managing director of b.telligent. “This award belongs to our entire team—because without them, we simply wouldn’t be a ‘Great Place to Work’.”
