Tuesday, June 13, 2017 - Since early May, John Held has been responsible for the execution of complex business intelligence, data warehouse, Big Data and CRM projects in his role as a b.telligent management consultant. The 47-year computer science graduate specializes in end-to-end project management: he provides advice and guidance to customers from the design stage right through to the final implementation of modern data-driven solutions.
Prior to joining b.telligent, John held various management positions as a BI consultant, including at SHS Viveon AG, where he was the senior manager responsible for the DWH, BI, Big Data and Data Science departments. During his time there, he successfully designed and implemented complex campaign management solutions based on BI, DWH and data science for high-profile customers.
His extensive specialist subject knowledge and his years of experience of methods and tools are a valuable addition to b.telligent's skills portfolio.
