The first of our keynote speakers is already confirmed
"The courage to change - out of the box" - an inspiring and motivating lecture on developing the courage and willingness to change. We are living in a time of great change. A time when it is still not clear how digitalization will ultimately play out. Today, it is not only changing industries, but it is affecting our cities, our everyday lives, and even people. Despite the opportunities that this new era undoubtedly has to offer, many people and businesses are worried that they might have already missed the boat. But sustained success never happens without change. And change is more than anything else a question of attitude, the courage to engage with something new, to change our routines and habits and to persevere. This applies to organizations as well as individuals.
Comedian, Keynote-Speaker & Moderator
Klaus-Jürgen 'Knacki' Deuser, der Erfinder von NightWash, baute das Comedy-Format zum Sprungbrett für eine ganze Generation deutscher Comedians auf. Dafür erhielt er 2016 den Deutschen Comedypreis und gilt damit als einer der Wegbereiter der deutschen Comedy-Szene. Parallel zu seinen Bühnenaktivitäten baute er von 2008 bis 2013 im Auftrag von Brainpool (Stefan Raab) als verantwortlicher Geschäftsführer eine Tochterfirma für den Livebereich auf. Seit 2013 hat er zwei weitere Firmen gegründet, die sich auf die Themen Eventtourismus und Management spezialisiert haben. Vielleicht ist es gerade diese Mischung, die ihn so spannend macht – als Comedian, Keynote-Speaker, Moderator und als Mensch.

The event was last held in 2018 under the name of BI Congress. Developments over the past few years have allowed us to extend the remit of our BI Congress and at the same time change its name.
