He helped the Scout24 Switzerland Group to build, scale, and lead their Digital Analytics department, and played a key role in developing A/B testing as a growth driver. His team received the Culture of Experimentation Rising Star Award in 2022. His strengths include qualitative/quantitative data collection, strategic and customer-centric thinking, adaptability, and an innovative mindset.
