Reports are an important form of communication for internal and external corporate management.

It is therefore particularly important that the message you convey (the report and its content) is effective, clear and unambiguous.  Professor Hichert has developed six SUCCESS rules for clear communication, which have been adopted by the IBCS (International Business Communication Standards). Our webinar will make use of a number of examples to explain these SUCCESS rules to participants.

The second part of the webinar uses IBCS-based Microsoft PowerPoint visuals to provide a practical demonstration of the theory and to show you how simple practical implementation can be with Power BI.

Key elements of the webinar agenda:

  1. The IBCS concept
  2. The SUCCESS rules
  3. Fostering comprehension, based on selected examples
  4. How to design PowerPoint reports based on IBCS
