At the Internet World 2016 with b.telligent


On 1 and 2 March 2016, everything is all about e-commerce again at the Munich exhibition center (Messegelände). The "Internet World" takes place for the 20th time and is addressed to internet professionals and all businesses which are using the internet for commercial purposes. At the annual B2B event, exhibitors with products and services and partners from the areas ´online marketing´, ´social media´, ´content management', ´multi-channel´, ´performance marketing´, ´e-commerce´, ´e-payment´ and ´mobile´ are represented. With 360+ exhibitors on 16,500 m² and numerous visitors (in the last year, a number of approximately 15,000 visitors was reached, this year 16,000+ visitors are expected), Internet World is one of the most established fairs for e-commerce in the German-speaking region. In addition to the two-day trade fair, a congress with two parallel panels and 800 expected visitors will take place again which covers the topics "customer centricity", "e-commerce B2B and abroad", "emotionalization & emotional shopping", "smart data" and "from multi- to cross-channel".


b.telligent at the Internet World for the second time

b.telligent, one of the leading management consultancies for business intelligence, customer relationship management, data warehousing and big data, will be represented as an exhibitor at the Internet World again this year in order to further expand its business contacts and exchange ideas on current industry trends. After last year's successful participation, b.telligent is once again excited about the numerous exhibitors, lectures and trade fair and congress highlights, and is looking forward to all visitors who will drop by at the b.telligent booth on 1 and 2 March (booth number: D195 in hall B6).


The Program Highlights 2016

This year, the two-day trade fair once again offers a number of highlights. While on 1 March, the priority topics are customer experience, mobile, pricing and range and efficiency, on 2 March, the topics range from logistics to customer experience and internationalization to e-commerce in B2B. In the Info Arena, experts will give lectures and practical tips regarding the topic e-commerce. Alexander Fenchel, Consultant in the Competence Center Customer Intelligence with b.telligent, will give an insight into the variety of mobile customer engagement solutions and explain how interactive communication works in real-time on 2 March at 10:00 am.

In the fireplace room, the visitors will have the possibility to have face-to-face conversations and round tables with top-level industry experts. This is free for all visitors. In addition, thematic guided tours and speed networkings will be offered during the two trade fair days, where the visitors may get in touch with the businesses. Newcomers and young entrepreneurs won't come off badly at the trade fair either: the start-up meeting offers the ideal platform for young entrepreneurs for networking and exchanging ideas with experts.

The parallel congress with the motto "The Future of E-Commerce" also features a high caliber program. Approximately 60 experts from academia and practice will present the trends in e-commerce and provide interesting tips for tomorrow's business.
