From February 23 to 25, 2016, the Call Center World (CCW) takes place in Berlin for the 18th time. In 2016, the industry event regarding the topic "Customer Dialogue of the Future" will again be hosted in the Estrel Convention Center. In 2015, approximately 7,600 fair visitors and 250 international exhibitors from 19 countries have presented themselves at the European trade fair for customer service, customer communication and call centers. A constantly high interest of visitors and exhibitors is expected in 2016. Today's businesses are facing the challenge of adjusting their service concepts to the digital transformation. By means of the very important 360° view on the customer, businesses have to respond to the new technologies with more flexibility, mobility and, above all, individuality. For this reason, the CCW 2016 has made it its task to provide the visitors with an innovative and detailed market overview of the latest products and technologies by means of numerous presentations and workshops.
