Reporting in compliance with IBCS

To start, Andreas Mörtel, Pro7Applications expert demonstrates how longview could facilitate preparation and analysis, and above all the visualisation of central KPIs in those of television broadcasters simultaneously. Using the rules of SUCCESS, IBCS standards are applied for visualisations within the framework of the new tool in order to achieve high levels of clarity, comprehensibility and efficiency.

Continuous integration

To date, continuous delivery, with the subtopics of continuous integration and test automation, is mostly known from the area of software development, but it is increasingly finding its way into BI. Data accuracy has long since been the focal point for BI - this is also the case today, yet it's becoming increasingly more common for the focus to be on the accuracy of the entire application. A concept of continuous integration will be outlined during the presentation, adapted to the features of a Longview-app and particular attention will be paid to test automation.

Longview & b.telligent - the perfect team

b.telligent and longview (arcplan) have been working together since 2011 and will also pool together to put their skills to use for the longview power breakfast. Stefan Kersten, head of Business Performance Management at the Competence Centre, believes longview provides the perfect solutions in order to "meet complex customer requirements without any lengthy implementation processes being necessary." Furthermore, he adds, "it ensures that implementation times are short and audit-proof transparent data can be generated in a timely manner. Thus, the decision-supported information system improves the market position, which is then quickly reflected in the ROI." If you'd like to find out more about longview and any expertise and skills relating to it, feel free to contact us at any time and read through our reporting blog.
