b.telligent at the infinIT.cx Customer Day

On Thursday, 28 September 2017 between 9am and 5pm, infinIT.cx will hold its annual Customer Day at the Künstlerhaus, Lenbachplatz in Munich. As this location is just a stone's throw from b.telligent HQ, we didn't need to think twice about having our own information stand there.

The Customer Day, at which infinIT customers inspire each other with presentations describing their own experience, is one of the company's long-standing traditions. This year's Customer Day is devoted to the topic of digital transformation. Digital technology is what makes it all possible. Thanks to new digital technologies such as social networks, real-time digital communication and business analytics, digital technologies have already become an integral part our lives, both personal and business. They help us with our day-to-day living and send us personalised advertising messages designed to influence our buying decisions.

But all that glisters is not gold.

Is digitalisation a monster devouring everything in its path? Can smart chat bots be a substitute for opinions, established practices and customer service staff? We make ourselves available night and day, and employers expect some degree of contactability even when we're on holiday – just in case. Are we really incapable of detaching ourselves from our smartphones?
One thing is certain: digitalisation has its drawbacks as well as its benefits. This will be one of the topics under discussion at the infinIT.cx Customer Day.

Agenda

In addition to stimulating discussions and networking sessions, there will be some interesting keynotes and talks by senior managers from companies such as Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co., OHG and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories GmbH on topics such as telecommunications, digitalisation and bots. You can find out more about the agenda here.

b.telligent will be there!

The consulting firm b.telligent will have an information stand at the Customer Day and is sure to contribute to some of the fascinating discussions about the effects of digitalisation on the world of business.
